Awesome service and speedy shipping. I'm really into it!

I've been using Mukama for a while now to grab a bunch of EDC gear (like backpacks, notebooks, wallets, and gifts) since they carry brands that you can't find around here. I'm really pleased with their service and the quick shipping, so I'll definitely keep coming back.

Not long ago, I tried to get a backpack from this shop. I placed my order and the payment was deducted from my account. The next day, I got an email saying there was an issue with my order in their system, and the backpack was out of stock, with no restock for several months. Super frustrating since it was sold out everywhere else too. On the bright side, Mukama did refund my money promptly and pointed me to another website that seemed to have the item available (but it turned out they didn’t).

This is a superb company for everyday carry items, and their customer service is quick and exceptional! I’d definitely suggest them!

I recently picked up a set of 12 Blacking 602 pencils from this shop. Never heard of them before, and I initially tried to get the pencils from Amazon.co.uk, but they sent me the wrong ones (Blacking MATTE). So, I went for Amazon.com, which I usually trust. But, after waiting 4 days with no shipment, I decided to cancel and search for other options. Since I needed to write a medical assignment and I’m pretty particular about my pencil writing (I’ve got some Mitsu-bishi ones too), I placed an order with Mukama.com, opting for the fast delivery (DHL). I’m based in Ireland, and it looked like my order was coming from Estonia. I ordered on Wednesday night, and by Thursday morning, I got an email saying my order was being packed, and not long after that, it was shipped. The package showed up on Friday, all nicely wrapped. The price on this site is also quite reasonable for Europe, so I’m really pleased with the whole deal and would definitely suggest this store to others.
